The four phases
Phase 1 — Intake call (20-30 minutes, free)
Call us or book a slot. We talk through what you do, what’s broken, what you’ve already tried, and which of the five service areas (voice, receptionist, chatbot, automation, booking) actually fit. If nothing fits, we say so on the call — no hard sell, no follow-up sequence.
Phase 2 — Scope and quote (1-3 days)
If a deployment makes sense, we send a one-page scope document. Real numbers, real timeline, real list of what we will and won’t do. Flat deployment fee plus the monthly for hosting, monitoring, and AI usage pass-through. You sign or you don’t. No “phase one” upsell, no scope-creep clauses.
Phase 3 — Build (1-3 weeks)
We build the system. You get progress updates as it lands — usually a Telegram thread or shared doc, your choice. Mid-build feedback is part of the deal; large rework after sign-off is a separate scope.
Phase 4 — Launch and handoff (3-5 days)
We point the system at your real phone number, real domain, real calendar — whatever the deployment needs. We test it live with you on the line. We hand you the credentials, the documentation, and the keys. The system is yours. We monitor it, you operate it.

Pricing — what to expect
Flat deployment fees in the $1,500-$8,000 range depending on complexity. Recurring $50-$300/month range covering hosting, monitoring, and AI usage pass-through. Exact numbers are on the per-service pages on each city spoke (pick a city and see the specific service page for that deployment type).
We don’t publish a single price grid because the price moves with what’s actually being built. The intake call is the fastest path to a real number — usually quoted within 24-48 hours after the call.
What we don’t do
- No rolling retainers. The deployment is the product. You’re not buying a seat.
- No “managed services” gatekeeping. You get the credentials. You get the docs. You can fire us and the system keeps working.
- No paid-ad management. We build organic and AI-search systems, not ad accounts. If you want paid media, we’ll point you at someone good.
- No sites we can’t run ourselves. Every system we deploy uses tooling we’re already running on the BWS portfolio. No experimental stacks, no “let’s try this new platform.” Boring infrastructure that works.
